Importance of segregation waste?

 Do you know the importance of segregation waste?

I  think everyone knows. We all need to separate biodegradable materials and non-biodegradable materials. This might help a lot of waste to stop going to landfills.


Biodegradable materials like vegetable peels, plant waste , fruits etc... can be turned in to compost rather than reaching them to landfills.

According to a report, India will increase its waste from 62 million tons to about 165 tons by 2030.

If this happens India will need a landfill as big as bangalore.




So try to seperate Bio-degradable and

Non-Biodegradable waste seperately!
